Jeffrey K. Hulsberg, PE

Establishing Hulsberg Engineering, Inc. in 1994, Jeff was one of the community’s forerunners in the field of residential structural engineering. Along the way, he has fostered strong relationships with the surrounding building department and code officials. Jeff’s unique background as a general contractor and custom homebuilder brings an unmatched level of practical, economical and innovative experience to each of his designs.

Floyd gained his early design experience across a wide range of structural engineering fields. These included construction materials and testing, industrial plant facilities, marine structures and forensic engineering. This experience allowed for an easy transition into the complexities of both commercial and residential engineering.
Floyd also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Building Construction Management and Civil Engineering programs at the University of North Florida.
Jesse J. Jannette, PE

Jesse’s early career work consisted of settlement related damage and sinkhole assessments throughout the state of Florida. He has since become proficient in a more traditional structural design role. His design experience includes both alterations and new construction.
